We are happy to announce our most recent article published in NAR about the expansion and re-classification of the extracytoplasmic function sigma factor family.
We established a new software platform, ECF Hub, where scientists can investigate species and ECFs using our tools and computational power through a convenient web interface. Additionally, We offer an independent software package, ecf_classify, for local execution.
