Ribosome profiling
Jan. 17-21, 2022; (New Chemistry Building, JLU)
Ribosome profiling is a high-resolution omics-method for the comprehensive analysis of cellular translation. It yields quantitative insight into protein synthesis rates and translational regulation. In this course, we provide hands-on training on a newly developed, state-of-the-art protocol that utilizes optimized and rapid sequencing library preparation for the generation of ribosome profiles from low-input samples.
