During this workshop, we will delve into the essential realm of professional conduct, exploring the fundamental role of business etiquette in fostering successful business and personal relationships and improving communication skills in the working environment.

• Welcoming and addressing people
• E-mail and telephone etiquette
• Office, cubical and open space etiquette
• Lunch etiquette
• Dealing with conflicts
• What to do in case of uncertainty 

Instructor: Jörg Wunderer

Jörg Wunderer has over 20 years of professional experience in multinational companies. He is a certified business coach and trainer, lecturer at various universities, in particular for e.g. job application topics and soft skills, career advisor and trainer in the corporate environment.
