Methods platform

The methodological expertise of iCANx forms a solid basis for the elucidation of the complex interactions between lung cancer and the organ microenvironment of the "normal" lung as well as in chronic lung diseases. In the individual projects, methods for the analysis of tumour cell-lung microenvironment interactions such as cell type labelling by "split effector molecules" or fluorescence-based biosensors for the detection of various parameters in the microenvironment are being further developed. In addition, Method Platform Z provides central state-of-the-art technologies.
