All the things you can do...
Cleaning up websites
Check your websites; is the information still current? Is something important missing? Are there outdated pages that can be deleted? Also check out the private websites and uploaded files. You can find out how the websites are maintained in the Help Area.
Cleaning up old hardware
Do you have devices that are no longer being used, for example, because the operating system is too old (Windows 8 or older)? Do you have old computer peripherals in a cabinet that are no longer needed? Then you can get rid of these devices. You can learn how decommissioning procedures at JLU work on the websites of the University Computer Center.
Cleaning up removable storage devices
Do you have USB sticks or external hard drives in your drawer? Do you no longer have any idea what is on them? Check whether you still need the data or whether it can be deleted. That way the devices can be used to store new information. Perhaps proper labeling will help.
