Logical MAP
Meanwhile we have started to connect the interaction of IL-1- signaling components by logical operators to facilitate mathematical modeling of the signaling flow. This map also contains information on posttranslational modifications of IL-1 signaling molecules and can additionally depict the time-dependent changes in signaling.
