- Intercultural communication and business research focuses on how different cultures interact at the interpersonal, organizational and societal level.
- It looks at the ways in which communication, language, and sociocultural factors can affect relationships and business practices. It also examines how organizations can create more effective communication and collaboration in a more diverse workplace.
- Topics of this research area include cross cultural negotiation, international business management, organizational culture and change, managing diversity in the workplace, and intercultural teamwork and human resource development.
