Akansha Mishra is a PhD researcher in the Department of Agricultural Sciences, Nutritional Sciences, and Environmental Management at Justus Liebig University. She started her PhD in Oct 2022 under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Wencke Gwodz as an IPPAE (International PhD Program for Agricultural Economics, Bioeconomy and Sustainable Food Systems) scholar. She has a Master's in Organic Agriculture and Food Systems from the University of Hohenheim. Her past work experience includes working with FAO, WFP, and Nestle. She is skilled in the area of nutrition-sensitive programming, knowledge management, food safety, and quality assurance. Her PhD research is focused on identifying the motivation behind unhealthy eating behaviors in India.
