Access
EDGAR provides more than 100 public projects that can be browsed on the EDGAR web server.

The public projects are created for all genera where more than three finished genomes are available at the NCBI databases. The public databases are updates in intervals of 3-6 months. If you are working with a certain genus and miss one or more published genomes please write an email to EDGAR support and request an update.
Private projects
EDGAR also allows to analyze private, unpublished genomes. For this purpose a private, access controlled project can be set up. As EDGAR creates quite some computational effort on our compute cluster, private projects are calculated here in Gießen on request. You'll get access to the project via the web interface as soon as the calculation is finished. Data is kept confidential, of course. If you are interested in a private project, please write an email to the address shown above.
