User-centered roll-out of a new collaboration platform at JLU Giessen

This is the promise of the collaboration platform Confluence, which bears the project name Collab at JLU. But is it possible to 'create, share and utilize knowledge across teams'?
Seven pilot project teams within JLU's presidential administration are trying to answer this question. In a four-month preparatory phase, the IT service center (HRZ) developed the technological infrastructure and then prepared the environment for users in collaboration with the DTO (BfD).
