JLU-internal training program
As in previous semesters, we are offering a free internal training program at JLU. In doing so, we hope to meet your wishes and needs for personal as well as professional development. With this program, we want to help you face the daily challenges of your professional life adequately by giving you the opportunity to acquire new competencies and strengthen existing ones. Thus, our program is particularly meant to impart professional expertise and leadership skills, personal and social skills as well as health promotion.
Here you can find our current training program in German.
In order to register for our events, please use the
registration form you will find
here
(only available in German). Please fill it in by hand or using your computer and make sure to enter all details concerning the sender.
Please also note the following change:
Using the digital version of the registration form, you can now also complete it on your computer. Furthermore, you can now register for multiple events using only one registration form. A separate registration for each event is no longer necessary.
Before submitting the form, you must present it to your superior. Your superior will then have to confirm that there are no professional obstacles to your participation. Please also submit applications for which your supervisor has not given positive confirmation.
In addition to continuing established programs, we continuously strive to add new topics to our program and to include new ideas in the realization of such. In order to do so, we also depend on your participation. If there are any topics you would like to see in our future program or if you have met trainers you think are worth recommending, please let us know using the request form . If you have any questions, suggestions or criticism regarding the program, please feel free to contact us at any time at: personalentwicklung@admin.uni-giessen.de .
