Postdoc Welcome Day
For those who have recently become postdocs at JLU, the PCMO organizes a Welcome Day . We will introduce the JLU to you on a campus walk and end the evening in the JLU Faculty Club (registration pcmo@admin.uni-giessen.de )
Postdoc Meeting
The Postdoc Meetings are a series of meetings where postdocs at JLU meet to discuss different career topics. In addition, we invite an expert on the topic from JLU as a guest to each meeting.
Whether you have already gained experience or you are new to the topic - the PCMO Postdoc Meeting is a good hour for your career. Ask the JLU experts your questions, bring your ideas, meet other postdocs, and get new ideas for your work.

Course Program "JLU Scientific Management"
Our course program "Scientific Management" provides basic knowledge and important tools for all, who are currently working in scientific management at JLU and for all, who want to enter this professional field in the future. The course program comprises training on basic topics such as university organization or university finances, or workshops on specific scientific management topics. Leadership and university didactics
At JLU there are numerous offers for postdocs who want to further their training as (future) managers or further develop their role as teachers.
