You are in the last phase of your doctorate and don’t know how to finish data collection or analysis besides all the other tasks you have to handle? You are starting a new experiment and a helping hand is needed to set up your equipment? Your experiments failed and you have to start all over again? Or, you just want assistance for your experiments?

Apply now to get hired a student research assistant! The GGN supports 10 early career researchers by providing financial resources for a student research assistant in the period of October 2024 to March 2025.

Requirements

• You and the head of your group are GGN members
• You will search for a suitable candidate by yourself (a student assistant who is already working in your group can be a candidate as well)
• A one-page letter (English or German) describing your motivation and the tasks of the student research assistant
• A statement of the head of your group that he or she agrees with the application
