Eröffnungsworkshop

Each new cohort of the GCSC will do a two-day workshop on the university's conference
centre, the castle in Rauischholzhausen. This workshop will give you the opportunity to get
to know each other and your research interests and to meet and get in touch with the
GCSC's postdocs and professors. All participants will also stay at the castle overnight. A
bus transfer will bring you to the castle starting at approximately 9am on Thursday from
the Giessen train station, the return on Friday is planned for approximately 5pm. We will
ask you to prepare a short presentation of your dissertation project for this workshop.
