The IPP Primary Text Club

The IPP primary text club gives IPP members a chance to read and discuss the primary texts (novels, films, etc.) that they analyze in their projects. Participants will meet and discuss texts over lunch. The first meeting will be used to suggest and select texts to read. If more texts than available sessions are chosen, the club can continue in fall term. The club’s aims are 1) for IPP members to gain better insight into, and provide better feedback regarding, their peers’ projects through reading at least one primary text; 2) for participants to have fun reading literature unrelated to their own research.
