Jakhongir Babadjanov is from Uzbekistan. He graduated from Tashkent State Agrarian University, Uzbekistan, in 2012 with a Bachelor degree in Agricultural Economics. Then, he received his Master’s degree in Agricultural Accounting from the same university in 2014. Furthermore, he continued his study in Environmental Sciences and received a second Master’s degree from Wageningen University, the Netherlands in 2016.
He joined Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen in January 2019 as a PhD student in the framework of the SUSADICA project.
He is conducting research on economic analysis of cotton production under the emerging cluster system in Uzbekistan.
