Agricultural value chains
Regulation of modern agricultural value chains
In this area, we explore the politically relevant aspects of human and natural resource use in agriculture, conservation and recycling within the bio-economy and the evolution of value chains from producers to consumers. Research topics range from agriculturally induced pollution of the environment, agricultural labour resources, effects of trade on climate change mitigation, reform of the Common Agricultural Policy of the European Union, up to healthy human consumption.
