Research & Teaching Interests

My research interests include agroecology, multitrophic plant-insect interactions, and the effects of environmental change on biodiversity within agricultural landscapes. I am particularly focused on trait-matching of plant-arthropod interactions, exploring how environmental factors and agricultural practices impact functional traits of plants and arthropods and linkages between these traits. My work aims to uncover the links between functional traits, trait-matching, and the delivery of crucial ecosystem services, like pollination and biological pest control, to improve ecosystem functioning and the productivity of agroecosystems.
