International PhD Students, Master Students and everyone who is interested in the topic.
Doing a PhD requires funding. The expenses that PhD students encounter while working on their dissertation can be covered in different ways. There are various sources of funding and scholarships, including university funds and foundations. There are also multiple possibilities of working while studying, within or outside academia. In this workshop, this variety of funding resources and options available for PhD students will be considered in detail: from the application requirements and the timeframe of the application process or the funding period, to the conditions of the funding or finding a job.
The participants will have the chance to explain their own living and studying situation, and discuss specific questions concerning their individual needs during a personal face-to-face feedback.
