Dr. Rahat Sabyrbekov will be moving his teaching and research activities to Giessen at JLU from now until the end of the SDGnexus Network Project at the end of this year. He is an economist with a broad interest in topics related to environment and development and works as a researcher at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. He is also a Visiting Scholar at the Davies Centre at Harvard University (USA). Prof. Sabyrbekov has lived and worked in Kyrgyzstan, Norway, Turkey, the United Kingdom and the United States and has worked for several national governments and international organisations. |
