M.Sc. Reem Jamous
Doktorandin Experimentelle Unfallchirurgie |
After earning my Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology and Genetics Engineering, I pursued an M.Sc. in Cell and Molecular Genetics, where I conducted research on Genetic Association in Breast Cancer. This laid the foundation for my Ph.D. journey, at the experimental trauma surgery at the faculty of medicine in Giessen University, supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) scholarship. In our research group, we focused on enhancing our understanding of bone healing processes. Throughout my doctoral studies, I conducted research on histological assessment of bone healing in whole bone organ culture and 3D bioprinting. This transformative experience solidified my commitment to advancing scientific discovery in tissue regeneration and biomechanics.
