Z1: Bioinformatic analyses and data warehouse (Prof. Looso)

Subproject Z1 provides bioinformatic transcriptome, epigenome and chromatin analyses based on high-throughput sequencing, with a focus on the integrative analysis of single-cell transcriptome (scRNAseq) and single-cell epigenome (scATACseq).
