C: Single cell phenotyping of the lung/tumor microenvironment (Prof. Acker, Prof. Weißmann, Prof. Looso, Prof. Savai, Prof. Savai Pullamsetti, Prof. Stiewe)
The projects in Areas A and B will be supported by a C project jointly supported by several PIs (Acker, Looso, Savai Pullamsetti, Savai, Stiewe, Weißmann), which will provide deeper insights into the composition of the tumor microenvironment at the single cell level as a data resource.
