B3: The function of T cell subpopulations in tumor-associated pulmonary hypertension (Prof. Huber, Prof. Savai Pullamsetti)
Subproject B3 focuses on T lymphocytes and investigates Th9 and Th17 subpopulations in lung tumour patients and experimental LC-PH models with regard to their influence on pulmonary vascular wall cells, remodelling of vessel walls and changes in pulmonary haemodynamics.
