Teaching activities

General information about teaching activities of the group.

We are involved in several regular courses for master students in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology and within the BSc program for biology. The courses listed below are conducted on a regular basis and they are normally repeated every year. Please find the latest information and further details about our courses via the evv.

We can also offer interesting topics for short research projects covering all areas of genome and post genome data analysis. Short term research projects are ideally suited to obtain first insight into our current research activities and to prepare a BSc or MSc thesis project. Examples and ideas for such projects can be found in the list of previous bachelor & master theses.
