Our Research Training Group currently offers 1 position for a Doctoral Researcher / PhD Student in the group of Katja Sträßer, Justus Liebig University Giessen.

The project focusses on the role of the proteins Sub2 and Tho1 in nuclear mRNP biogenesis and post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. It will allow the suitable candidate to learn and master many RNA-biological and -biochemical methods in an international team and thereby develop strong research skill and a solid academic profile.
