Conference Dinner
The conference dinner will take place on evening of the 25th July 2019
It is traditionally a highlight in the social programme of RWLs. It provides an opportunity for all participants to relax and enjoy in a beautiful environment of a new trending restaurant. The venue will be the restaurant heyligenstaedt in Aulweg 41 in 35392 Giessen.
The dinner with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food will include a buffet with three courses (starters, main course and dessert). A class of wine will welcome all guests. Drinks after that have to be payed individually by participants. Conference participants who paid the conference fee are all invited to take part without extra costs except drinks. Please bring your conference registration with you, because access is reserved for participants. Spouses or other external additional guests can also take part if we receive an extra contribution of 40,- € beforehand.
Please inform us by 7st of July or even much sooner, if you want to bring additional people with you to the dinner.
