Abstract of Area of Potential
|
Since around 2004, JLU has been intensively pursuing research at FAIR, a special focus in the field of experimental and theoretical nuclear and particle physics. This research is bundled in the Helmholtz Research Academy Hessen for FAIR (HFHF) and in large, third-party-funded collaborative research projects under the leadership of JLU. Internationally networked research groups continue to work at centers in Europe, the USA, China and Japan. In addition, publications and work in international committees strengthen the visibility of the researchers involved.
