The Council consists of the Executive Board with advisory vote; the spokespersons of the focal points of the ZNE; two further representatives of the group of professors; two representatives each of the group of scientific staff and the group of doctoral students; one representative of the other staff members of the ZNE and one person for equal opportunity issues with advisory vote.
The council will be elected at the next general meeting.
One ordinary general meeting per year is held at the invitation of the board of directors. It shall include a scientific part in which researchers from the working groups cooperating in the Center shall give scientific contributions in order to inform about the current state of research and to promote scientific discussions and cooperations between the members.
Other extraordinary general meetings may be convened upon written members-request.
