RCSC: Affective Cartography of Modernity

The presentation and discussion of a joint project brings together works from philosophy, cultural and media studies that have emerged in recent decades from the affective turn in the social sciences and humanities. As a theoretical framework, it serves to clarify the relationships between affect, bodies and culture and provides a conceptual toolkit with which to better understand the affective dynamics of modernity.
